Intensive Program

The intensive training program is tailored by our best coaches to improve your tennis abilities and skills which will help you to reach your professional goals. Players will have 5 hours of active training every day where we will focus on intensive tennis lessons and trainings,  conditioning, matches and sparings. The intensive program includes tennis practice twice a day, morning warm ups and fitness training in the evening.

Tennis practices include a minimum of 4 individual practices, and the rest of it is in groups of 2  players of similar age and quality. Total of 17 hours of tennis and 10 hours of physical conditioning per week is a perfect program for those players of advanced level who want to bring their game to the next level.  Our professionals will create a perfect plan for each tennis player according to their skill level and needs. 

Wednesdays and Saturdays are intended for fitness practices and sparring matches against other players, which is an ideal opportunity for you to see and  show how much you have advanced and learned. Afternoons are off and intended for resting. Sunday is a day off, when you can relax, enjoy Novi Sad and its surrounding area,  and prepare for the upcoming week.

This program is recommended for tournament players of advanced level. (medium – professional)

Intensive Training Program in Summary

Day 1 Example

  • 30minute morning footwork exercises or some other form of warm up
  • Breakfast
  • 1.5h of tennis practice

  • 2h of tennis practice
  • 1h of fitness training
  • Dinner

Day 2 Example

  • 30minute footwork exercises or some other form of morning warm ups
  • Breakfast
  • 1.5h of tennis practice
  • Lunch
  • 1.5h of tennis practice
  • 1h of fitness training
  • 30 minutes of stretching

One WEEK EXAMPLE:

  • Monday: Technique, serve,movement, serve and return
  • Tuesday: Technique, volley, offense, points, situational game
  • Wednesday: Friendly matches
  • Thursday: Technique, serve, volley points
  • Friday: Technique, serve, return, situational points
  • Saturday: Friendly matches

Bear in mind, you will be working with our best coaches who will create the program according to your level of skills. They will make sure that the trainings are not too intensive and don’t take up too much of your energy. This way you will have plenty of time to rest, and enjoy your stay in our academy. Once the player joins the academy, a thorough evaluation is being done by our coaches. They watch videos, say what is right and wrong and what are some stuff that needs to be worked on. Revaluation is done every 3 months in order to keep track of the progress.
