Intensive Program

The intensive training program is designed according to our best coaches’ standards in order to improve your tennis skills and to help you reach your professional tennis goals.Focus is on the tennis training, fitness, and sparring matches. The intensive program includes two tennis trainings per day,stretching, and an evening fitness training.

Tennis trainings include at least 4 individual lessons per week, and the rest are group trainings in pair with players similar age and tennis abilities. 16 hours of tennis and 6 hours of fitness per week is the perfect program for advanced players who want to improve their game. Our professional coaches create a plan for each player according to their wishes and abilities.

Wednesdays and Saturdays are intended for sparring matches between our players with the presence of a coach, which is an ideal opportunity to see how much you have learned and progressed in the past period. The afternoon of these days is intended for players to rest. Sunday is a free day, where players can relax and rest, enjoy Novi Sad and its surroundings, as well as prepare for the next week of challenges. At the request of the player and in consultation with the coach, a special individual intensive tennis program can be created that better suits the needs and wishes of the player.

This program is recommended for advanced-level players (intermediate and professional levels).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional services that we provide to all our players are:

  • Sports and relax massage (for muscle recovery after intense trainings)
  • Physiotherapy (for healing injuries)
  • Video recording of sparring matches (as well as analysis of the sparring with the coach)
  • Sports psychologist (Tennis is a mental game as much as a physical one, and that is why psychological preparation for matches and proper handling of pressure are of great importance for the successful development of players).

  • 30 minutes of morning running or some other form of warming up the body

  • Dinner

Keep in mind that you will work with our best coaches who will create a program that suits your capabilities and desires. They will make sure that the training sessions are as productive and interesting as possible. In this way, you will be able to train hard and at the same time enjoy your stay at our Academy. When a player joins the Academy, a thorough assessment is done by our coaches. They evaluate what is good and what needs to be worked on. The assessment is repeated every 3 months to monitor the progress.
